This evening is for couples who are curious about the beautiful world of tantra and who want to discover new areas in the relationship. Especially in this time when we are overflowed with busyness, stimuli and urge to perform, tantra gives concrete guidance to be in the 'here and now', out of the head and in the body. And especially to make a more real and deeper contact with your loved one and with yourself. You will experience more connection with the essential in yourself and with your loved one it will flow more. When do you really make time to meet with full focus and attention?

What are we going to do?
From the wide range of tantra practises we have collected the most beautiful exercises for you and bundled them in an evening as an accessible, cheerful introduction to the world of tantra. We introduce you to breathing exercises, sitting meditations, caress and massage and specific tantric meditations from an ancient tradition. You will make contact with your partner in a renewed way, really feel and make yourself vulnerable. Meeting each other on a deep and different level, you get closer to each other, your cells wake up, are on, energy comes back and the routine leaves.

The workshop is focused on intimacy and not sexuality, suited for everyone and not naked. The evening is also very suitable for occasional couples. Be welcome with your permanent partner or with an occasional partner.

 
Over Afke

Afke haar tantra scholen en leraren zijn ISTA, Agamana, Healing Tao, Saida Desilets en Layla Martin. Afke geeft tantra en wild women trainingen, zij is co-facilitator van de Awaken As Love training en assisteert ISTA- trainingen. Zij werkt tevens als een sex, love and relationship coach. Ze begon in de jaren ’90 met het beoefenen van de Healing Tao, daarin leerde ze met adem en energie te werken en ook met het jade ei. Het leven wat ze toen leidde was glamoureus, ze werkte als fotomodel en actrice en reisde over de hele wereld. Haar longing voor meer diepte en echte verbinding groeide en zo begon ze met Hatha en Yin Yoga. Yoga en Vipassana hielpen haar om naar binnen te keren en haar ware zelf te observeren. Na 10 jaar yoga was ze klaar om meer naar buiten te keren, is tan-tra op haar pad gekomen en heeft tantra haar geholpen om het leven in zijn geheel te omarmen.

Safe space

Wees welkom bij deze Tantra workshop in Amsterdam, we zullen een 'safe space' creëren en geen zorgen, er komt geen naaktheid bij kijken. Je zal ervaren hoe het is van je hoofd naar je hart en lichaam te bewegen. Het verbinden met je emoties, en het verbinden met jezelf op een dieper niveau van waaruit je ook met anderen kan verbinden.
