During this training, the practice of holding poses is complemented by soft, fluid yoga sequences done close to the Earth. These gentle and interoceptive flow sequences nurture your body’s entire fascial network helping you release tension, restore and balance your body and mind.

Roots
The concept of Yin comes from China and Yin Yoga has little to do with the rest of the Indian based yoga lineage. Yin yoga as it is taught now is relatively new. Discover the art of Yin Flow Yoga and embrace a deeply restorative, healing, and transformative practice that invites you to surrender, soften, and reconnect with your own embodied wisdom. This training brings together the wisdom of Yin yoga, ancient yogic wisdom and modern research. Simon draws on his knowledge of restorative and gentle lunar vinyasa yoga as well as Chinese energy cultivation practices, somatic movement and breath work to offer a unique flow based practice that is gently restorative, fluid and deeply yin in quality.
