The Breath and Awareness on the path of self-development and Self-realization. This is the essence of what Peter continues to share. His spiritual journey started suddenly, more than 20 years ago, after a 180 degree turn in his consciousness at his first contact with meditation. With this surprising opening of warmth, unity, (self)love, wisdom and relaxation followed a quest of meditation, Yoga, classical Tantra, Zen and Tibetan Buddhism, Pranayama, Shamanism and Breathwork. The breath especially has grabbed him as the most direct entrance to all levels of our consciousness. Teachers who have inspired him from many different traditions are Pema Chödron, Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche, Sogyal Rinpoche, Stan Grof, Jan Geurtz, Ram Dass, Thich Nhat Hanh, Christopher Hareesh Wallace and many others.
Our Prana, our breath and energy, is our life force. It connects body, mind, emotions and our deeper and higher consciousness in a very powerful and direct way. Breathwork is an embodied practice that clears the blockages in you and enables you to breathe freely, let energy flow and therefor live freely. In the sessions Peter combines the latest scientific insights (he has a medical background) with ancient wisdom traditions. The basis of the sessions is always love, compassion, safety and a deep connection with yourself and everything around you.
